The NTX Striders Run Club is a group of walkers and runners that get together a couple times a week to exercise. On our runs, we talk, laugh and share stories to connect with our fellow group members in order to form lasting friendships and exercise bonds.
From our serious athletes to our leisurely walkers, and everyone in between, the Striders are an organization dedicated to making sure all ability levels have fun in order to stay healthy.
Many of us are working to achieve new Personal Records, finish challenging races, or qualify for big events like the Boston Marathon. But whether you're with us to talk about your video-game-playing husband, or to become an Olympian, you should still come out!
To run with us, you do NOT need to be a member. Just show up to one of our runs and get to know the group. When you're convinced that we're not as scary as we seem, then you can join.
